Palladia Health, Inc. is comprised of many professionals with great deal of experience in various fields of healthcare.  It is difficult comprehend the amount and variety of professional backgrounds our company was able to put together.  Our professional backgrounds include both acute care and home health nursing experienced staff, certified nursing assistants who are used to deal with various types of complex care issues, physical, occupational and speech therapists whose work can be easily called “miracles.”  We work in tandem with medical doctors and hospitals assuring patient centered care planning and delivery and heavily vested in continuity of care during care transitions. 

What sets us apart from the rest is our unprecedented team work, ability to effectively work and support each member of our team which includes the most important members: patients and their families. 

Most of our staff members one way or another are currently or in the past connected with military, where we learned how to stand with one another and our patients shoulder to shoulder facing challenges and protecting each other at the time of need. Our approach is very much centered around collaborative effort of our patients, families, loved ones and our professionals in order to work together towards a common objectives. Our work involves individuals pooling their skills, knowledge, and resources to achieve a shared purpose. Our teamwork relies on communication, cooperation, coordination, and mutual respect and support among team members. Each member contributes their unique strengths and abilities to the team, and through effective collaboration, the team can accomplish tasks more efficiently and achieve better results than individuals working alone. Teamwork is essential in various contexts, including businesses, sports, academia, and community organizations, but it is most critical in healthcare where success often depends on the collective efforts of a group rather than individual achievements. Every executive, manager, and regular staff member works and appreciated for their individual talents. If you are a new patient or a new staff member your are welcomed with open arms.
